We accept prepaid orders for delivery within India.

• Orders of ₹499 or more: Free prepaid shipping.
• Orders below ₹499: A ₹49 shipping charge applies.

Delivery estimates

Use the delivery pincode checker on the product page for an estimated delivery time for your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. For help tracking an order, contact hello@aplusapets.com with your order number.

Replacement eligibility

Eligible products may be submitted for replacement within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Approval and applicable shipping costs are explained in our replacement policy.

All toys, all diapers (disposable and reusable), and the cat post-surgery recovery suit are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Size, colour and change-of-mind exchanges are not available for these products.

For a wrong, damaged or defective delivery, email us with your order number and photos. Verified errors continue to be handled under the Full Refund Exceptions in our Terms & Conditions.
