Eligibility

Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and may change without notice. While we aim for accuracy in descriptions, colours, sizing, and details, minor variations may occur due to materials and manufacturing processes.

Typographical Errors

A+a Pets is not liable for clerical errors. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and cancel orders—even after payment. If an order is cancelled due to such an error, a refund will be processed within 15–20 business days.

Contract of Sale

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A sale is confirmed only when we accept the order. Orders must be fully paid at checkout (unless COD is selected). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, graphics, and design—is the intellectual property of A+a Pets. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Third-Party Links

Third-party links are provided for convenience. Their content or services are not endorsed by us, and we are not responsible for external website terms or accuracy.

Cancellations

By A+a Pets: Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability, pricing errors, quality issues, or fraud alerts. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 15–20 business days.

By Customer: Cancellation requests must be emailed to aplusapets@hhnco.in.
If approved and the order has not been dispatched, a coupon code of equal value will be issued.
Orders already processed cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges and store credit only.
No returns or direct refunds unless the error is from our side.
To initiate an exchange, email aplusapets@hhnco.in within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer
• Once received, the item will undergo Quality Check (QC)
• If approved, you will receive:
• A replacement, OR
• A store credit coupon for the eligible amount
• A+a Pets reserves the right to accept or deny any exchange request based on QC results.

Payment Gateway Charges (Important)

Banks and payment gateways (Razorpay, etc.) deduct a non-refundable payment processing fee for prepaid orders.
These charges are not returned to us when an order is cancelled or refunded.

Therefore:

In cases where a refund (full or partial) is permitted,
the non-refundable payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

This deduction is retained by the bank/payment partner,
not by A+a Pets.

Customers may opt for store credit, which provides
100% value with no deductions.

Full Refund Exceptions

We offer full refunds (with no deductions) only when:

• A wrong item is delivered
• A manufacturing defect is confirmed
• A fulfilment error is verified on our end

Shipping Policy

• Prepaid orders: Free shipping (subject to change without notice)
• Orders below ₹499: Shipping charge of ₹49
• COD orders: Minimum COD fee of ₹67
• Giveaway/contest winners: Must pay applicable shipping charges
• Lost or undelivered orders: Refund issued after courier verification within 15–20 business days
• We ship through: Blue Dart, FedEx, Ecom Express, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post

Fraud

We reserve the right to recover costs, legal charges, and damages from those engaging in fraud. Legal action may be taken.

Vouchers and Promo Codes

Coupons and offers are time-bound and subject to terms defined by A+a Pets. They may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Disclaimer

If you are dissatisfied with any part of the website, your sole remedy is to discontinue use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A+a Pets, its partners, directors, affiliates, and employees from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Termination

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of website access without notice.
