Typographical Errors

We are not liable for any typographical or clerical errors. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and cancel orders resulting from such errors—even after payment has been made. If so, a full refund will be processed within 15–20 business days.

Contract of Sale

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A sale is only confirmed once we accept the order. Orders are payable at checkout (unless Cash on Delivery is selected). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Cancellations

By A+a Pets: Orders may be canceled due to stock issues, pricing errors, fraud alerts, or at our discretion. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–20 business days.

By Customer: Cancellation requests must be emailed to aplusapets@hhnco.in. If accepted, the order will be canceled and a coupon code of equal value will be issued. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.

Returns and Exchange

We offer exchanges only, not returns. If you are unsatisfied with a product, email aplusapets@hhnco.in within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned at the customer's cost. Upon approval by our Quality Check (QC) team, a replacement or store coupon will be issued. A+a Pets reserves the right to accept or deny exchange requests.

Shipping Policy

• Prepaid orders are shipped free of charge. This policy may change without notice.

• Orders below ₹499 incur a shipping charge of ₹49.

• COD orders incur a minimum charge of ₹67.

• Winners of giveaways or contests must pay applicable shipping fees.

• Lost or undelivered orders will be refunded within 15–20 business days after verification.

• We ship via trusted partners like Blue Dart, FedEx, Ecom Express, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post. For issues, contact us or the courier directly.

Fraud

We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, legal fees, and damages from individuals or entities involved in fraudulent activity. Legal action may be pursued.

Vouchers and Promo Codes

Promotional offers, coupons, and vouchers are time-bound and subject to terms defined by A+a Pets. These may be altered or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Disclaimer

If you are dissatisfied with the website or its contents, your only remedy is to discontinue use. We make no guarantees regarding your experience on the site.

Indemnification
